• 1st practice in the new year: Thursday, January 5, 2023

• No practices on holidays (e.g. Thanksgiving, National Day for Truth and Reconciliation)

Description

This is an adult (18+) co-ed scrimmage night with experienced athletes although people new to Water Polo can come out and give it a try. 

We warm-up for the first 20 minutes and split up the people that show up and scrimmage for the rest of the time.

This program is about having fun playing Water Polo, not getting hurt, and enjoying a social gathering usually at a local pub afterward, not included in the program fee:).

This is a bit less intense than the Men's and Women's Scrimmages on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Competitions

There will be opportunities to play in competitions (locally and out-of-province) throughout the season.
